REFUND POLICY

This is critical for marketplace risk review.

1. Booking Payments

All sessions must be paid in advance to confirm booking.

2. Client Cancellations

Clients may:

  • Cancel within 24hr prior to the session for a full refund
  • Reschedule within the allowed window
  • Forfeit payment for late cancellations or no-shows

3. Expert Cancellations

If an Expert cancels:

  • The Client may reschedule
  • Or receive a full refund
  • Repeated cancellations may result in account review.

4. No-Shows

If a Client fails to attend:

  • Payment is non-refundable

If an Expert fails to attend:

  • Full refund issued to Client

5. Disputes

Refund disputes must be submitted within 3 days of the session. Fishtank reserves the right to review session evidence and make a final determination.

6. Platform Fees

Platform fees may be non-refundable depending on circumstances.
